Fifteen minutes via State Road 7.
From Downtown Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Emerald Hills, or West Hollywood, the chair is fifteen minutes north — State Road 7 (441) up past Stirling, then west on Nova Drive. From Hollywood Beach, closer to twenty-five minutes.
6555 Nova Dr, Suite 313, near Nova Southeastern University. Free parking in front. The drive's straightforward, mostly arterials, no tolls.
Time, not turnover.
Hollywood has barbers — chain shops on Hollywood Boulevard, walk-up cuts on Sheridan, beachside shops near A1A. Most of them run on a fifteen- or twenty-minute slot. Fine if you need fast, not fine if you want a cut that lasts three weeks instead of one.
The chair I keep is forty-five minutes for a haircut, fifty for cut + beard, sixty for the full ritual. The slot is honest — no double-booking, no rush at the end. The cut takes the time the cut takes.
Regulars from every part of the city.
Clients drive in from Hollywood Hills, Emerald Hills, West Hollywood, and the downtown grid. Some are weekly fade clients (high or skin fade, two-week refresh); some are monthly cut + beard regulars; some are once-a-quarter straight-razor shave clients.
Saturday mornings book up fastest with Hollywood clients — easy parking on the way back, beach if you've got time after.
