Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Juan Zapata website and our online booking system. By accessing the site or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
We operate a single-chair barber shop in Davie, Florida. The website allows you to view services, schedule appointments, and manage existing bookings. Walk-ins are welcome on Saturdays during posted hours.
2. Booking your appointment
When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about your appointment. You may book only for yourself or someone you are authorized to book for. Bookings are confirmed by email; if you don’t receive a confirmation, please contact us.
3. Cancellation and no-shows
You may cancel any booking through the link in your confirmation email up to 2 hours before your appointment, free of charge. Inside that cutoff, the slot remains on the books, and you may be considered a no-show if you do not arrive. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a refusal of future bookings at our discretion.
4. Arriving on time
We run a tight clock so that every client gets the time they paid for. Please arrive on time. If you are more than ten minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule it.
5. Payment
Payment is collected in person at the time of service. We accept the methods listed on the website. Tipping is appreciated but never expected. Prices on the website are valid at the time of booking; minor variations may occur for unusual or longer cuts (you’ll be told in advance).
6. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who is abusive, threatening, or impaired. The chair is for everyone, and respect goes both ways.
7. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to:
- Submit false or fraudulent booking information
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the booking system
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or republish the site
- Impersonate another person
We may suspend or block access if we suspect a violation.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, photography, logos, and design — is owned by Juan Zapata or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juan Zapata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or booking system. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Juan Zapata harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Davie, Florida.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the website or booking system after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
